About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified nurse to join a dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional care to people with dementia.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement dementia care plans that meet individual needs
  • Lead training sessions for staff members on dementia care best practices
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • RGN/RMN/RNLD Qualified
  • Strong background in nursing with a focus on dementia care
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

The salary for this role is £35,000 - £37,000 per annum.
