Dementia Care Lead

Purosearch Ltd is seeking an experienced RGN/RMN to take on the role of Dementia Care Lead in one of their homes in Enfield.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a qualified nurse to join a dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional care to people with dementia.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement dementia care plans that meet individual needs
- Lead training sessions for staff members on dementia care best practices
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
- RGN/RMN/RNLD Qualified
- Strong background in nursing with a focus on dementia care
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
The salary for this role is £35,000 - £37,000 per annum.
