About the Role:
  • Oversight of resident care delivery, ensuring individual needs are met.
  • Management and support of care staff, providing guidance and supervision.
  • Recruitment and onboarding of new team members, promoting collaboration.
  • Maintenance of optimal occupancy through innovative marketing strategies.
The Ideal Candidate:

To succeed as a Care Manager, you will require:

  • At least 3 years' experience as a Registered Care Home Manager with CQC.
  • Dementia care expertise and knowledge.
  • A proven track record in managing high-quality care delivery.
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire the care team.
  • Understanding of safeguarding, compliance, and care inspectorate requirements.
