Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Home Support Manager to join our dedicated care team at Greensleeves Care.

About the Role

This is a peripatetic role requiring flexibility, willingness to travel, and work varied shifts including occasional weekends. The successful candidate will cover homes in London, Kent, and the South West, ensuring the highest quality of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting home management in absence of manager, maintaining regional contact for each care home, and conducting routine head office visits.
  • Ensuring stimulated and caring environment is maintained, overseeing medicine administration process, and supporting staff members.
  • Maintaining regular attendance at mandatory training courses and facilitating staff meetings with the home manager.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care or equivalent, with previous experience working with large multi-site care providers.
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC standards, legislation, and regulatory frameworks underpinning practice in relation to older people's care.
  • A full driving license is essential for this role.
