Job Opportunity

We're recruiting a Field Care Supervisor to work in Eastbourne and surrounding areas. This role involves implementing quality control systems and supporting Care and Support Workers within a defined area. The salary for this position is estimated at £21,000 - £25,000 per annum.

The ideal candidate will come from a similar role or be a senior carer looking to progress within the industry. As a Field Care Supervisor, you'll need to be highly organized, efficient, and a team player. You'll spend approximately 80% of your working week in the field, monitoring and supporting care staff and customers, while the remaining 20% will be spent in the office completing administrative duties.
