">About the Role

We are seeking experienced care assistants to provide high-quality home care to individuals in their own homes in London and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Assisting with daily activities such as meal preparation, household chores, and shopping.
  • Supporting clients with managing conditions such as dementia, stroke, and Parkinson's disease.
  • Encouraging social interaction and providing companionship to clients.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months' professional care experience in any care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to travel to client placements throughout the UK.

Salary: £18-22 per hour, depending on experience.
