About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to fill our Deputy Nurse Manager position. This leadership role requires a skilled professional who can provide exceptional care services while managing and supporting nursing and care staff.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist the Nurse Manager in leading and managing the nursing and care staff.
  2. Identify referral pathways for safeguarding adult abuse and ensure compliance with CQC standards.

Requirements

  1. Registered Nurse: Registered Nurse with NMC registration.
  2. Experience in Senior Role: Previous experience in a senior nursing or management role.
  3. CQC Knowledge: Strong understanding of CQC standards and healthcare regulations.
  4. Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
