Care Quality Improvement Specialist

At Leaders in Care, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Care Quality Improvement Specialist. This is a unique opportunity to lead the development of Quality Assurance Frameworks on the island, working closely with operational leads, managers, and social workers to drive improvement.
We are looking for someone who has experience in quality assurance, preferably in a similar QA role, and who can communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels. Your expertise will be essential in setting up support systems and advice for social workers to provide the best service to users.
This full-time role comes with a competitive salary of 50/h and offers a range of benefits, including weekly check-ins, support during placement, and access to a market-leading timesheet & payroll system.
