Job Title: Care Quality Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Care Quality Specialist to join our team at Bespoke Personnel. The ideal candidate will have experience in assessing and improving the quality of homecare services.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and improving the quality of our homecare services, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and safety. This includes conducting regular audits and inspections, providing coaching and support to care staff, and developing and implementing policies and procedures to maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To assess and improve the quality of our homecare services, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and safety
  • To conduct regular audits and inspections of our homecare services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • To provide coaching and support to care staff, helping them to improve their skills and knowledge and to deliver high-quality care to clients
  • To develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain the highest standards of quality and safety
  • To maintain relationships with regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Requirements:

  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant field, such as health and social care or business management
  • Proven experience in assessing and improving the quality of homecare services
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, staff, and regulatory bodies
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience
