Role Overview

The Regional Clinical Development Nurse is a critical role that requires a highly skilled and experienced individual to drive improvements in clinical governance and quality of care across our care homes in Norfolk, Suffolk, and North Essex. As a member of our senior clinical team, you will work closely with the Regional Director and improvement specialists to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Improve clinical governance and quality of care across all care homes within the region
  • Reduce hospital admissions and improve patient outcomes
  • Enhance staff engagement and retention rates
