Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supplier Quality Improvement Manager to join our team at Manpower UK Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving quality enhancements with assigned suppliers and improving their overall performance.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Quality Improvement Plans to enhance supplier quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Sourcing Leaders to manage and implement supplier/engineering changes, New Product Introductions, and transfers.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement to achieve zero-defect deliveries.
  • Provide expert guidance on Quality Engineering best practices across a commodity group.
  • Represent Supplier Quality Engineering in new product introduction, supporting and identifying new processes or advanced automated equipment in the extended supply chain.
  • Conduct supplier audits ensuring compliance with Company and regulatory requirements.
