Main Responsibilities- Assist in building the Trust's QI capacity and capability by providing coaching and training to staff.
- Support key QI projects to maximise opportunities for improvement and learning.
- Motivate teams to undertake QI projects and produce reports and promotional material that demonstrates progress.
- Significant experience in using QI methodologies and coaching skills to support others.
- Leadership experience, including influencing and negotiating skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and manage change effectively.
- Familiarity with clinical risk assessment and management.
- Extensive knowledge of QI methodologies and coaching principles.
- Ability to design and deliver teaching programmes within a healthcare setting.
- Experience of working in a clinical setting with evidence of ongoing development or Continuing Professional Development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
