Care Homes Clinical Development Manager
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Governance Lead to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. In this role, you will work closely with senior clinical staff to review KPIs and identify strategies to improve the quality of care for residents.
You will be responsible for leading and supporting the implementation of key actions to address any issues that arise. This will involve regular travel to care homes across the region.
About You
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of current regulatory requirements and experience working in a care home environment. As an experienced nurse, you should have a confident clinical mentorship style and leadership skills.
Regular travel is required due to the regional nature of this role.
