**Job Description**

We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nursing Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the improvement of nursing practice and care delivery in our care homes. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support and guidance to nurses and other healthcare professionals to improve their clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Developing and implementing training programs to enhance nursing practice and care delivery.
  • Collaborating with the Regional Director and senior clinical staff to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current nursing practices and regulations, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to share knowledge and build relationships. You will also have a proven track record of delivering impressive results in a care home environment.

**Estimated Salary:** £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
