Clinical Development and Improvement Specialist
Barchester Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Regional Clinical Development Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will lead and support the improvement of clinical governance and quality of care in our nine care homes across Essex, Norfolk, and Suffolk.
You will work closely with regional directors, improvement specialists, and senior clinical staff to develop and implement strategies to enhance care delivery and meet the needs of our residents. Your leadership skills, analytical mind, and ability to share knowledge, build relationships, and deliver on action plans will enable you to drive impressive results and make a real difference to the residents in our care.
About You
To be successful in this role, you must be a Registered Nurse RN (General) with a current NMC registration, providing evidence of continued professional development. You should have a strong understanding of current regulatory requirements and have worked in a care home environment as a confident clinical mentor.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is estimated at £60,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our competitive rewards package includes a company car, mobile phone, and laptop, free learning and development opportunities, and automatic enrolment into our profit share scheme.
