Nurse Trainer Role

Estimated Salary: £42,000 - £55,000 per annum.

About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Trainer to join our team in the Telford, Stafford, Wolverhampton and Worcester areas. As a Nurse Trainer, you will play a crucial role in delivering training programs to our nursing staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional patient care.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in the care sector, hold a PTLLS or AET (or equivalent) Teaching Qualification, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Additionally, we require the candidate to have full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs for nursing staff
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
  • Maintain accurate records of training attendance and completion
