Job Description: Care Sector Trainer Position

Estimated Salary: £38,000 - £50,000 per annum.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Care Sector Trainer to join our team in the Telford, Stafford, Wolverhampton and Worcester areas. As a Care Sector Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to our staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional patient care.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in the care sector, hold a PTLLS or AET (or equivalent) Teaching Qualification, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Additionally, we require the candidate to have full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver training programs for care staff
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
  • Maintain accurate records of training attendance and completion
