Safety Trainer

Newcastle Perms (296) is seeking an experienced Health and Safety Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Construction Management and a NEBOSH Certificate or above.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading training provider in the construction sector. You will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive Health and Safety training programmes tailored to the construction sector.
The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 per annum, with a choice of car allowance or company car. Our generous benefits package includes 25 days annual leave, rising to 30 days per annum, as well as a pension scheme with employer contributions up to 7%.
About the Position:
- Deliver Health and Safety training programmes tailored to the construction sector.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to assess training needs.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to learners.
Requirements:
- Background in Construction Management.
- NEBOSH Certificate or above.
- Management Qualification at Level 5 or equivalent, ideal within Construction Site Management.
- Teaching Award at level 3 or above is desirable.
- Experience delivering Health and Safety Programmes within the Construction Sector.
