About the Role

HCRG Care Group is a leading provider of community health and care services in the UK. As a Healthcare Trainer, you will play a key role in delivering work-based training to our team members.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience in fire awareness and safety, with the ability to deliver training on a wide range of health and care subject specialisms.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver fire evacuation chair and fire safety awareness training to colleagues.
  • Support internal quality assurance of clinical and Quality and Safety learning interventions.
  • Maintain the clinical and Quality and Safety training course catalogue.
  • Contribute to relevant clinical and Quality and Safety training projects.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements in learning provision.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Possesses recognised level 4 teaching, training, or assessing qualification.
  • Has knowledge and background in fire awareness/safety to deliver Fire evacuation chair, fire safety awareness.
  • Ability to deliver training covering a wide range of health and care subject specialisms.
