Job Description:
As a Healthcare Training Specialist with Safer Hand Solutions, you will play a vital role in delivering engaging and informative training modules to our clients in the healthcare sector.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced trainer to join our team and contribute to the development of high-quality training programs that meet the needs of our clients. You will be responsible for designing and delivering training modules, collaborating with other trainers, and building strong relationships with staff. Your excellent communication and organizational skills will enable you to adapt your style to trainees and build rapport with them.

Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering engaging and informative training modules
* Completing marking, administration, and training paperwork
* Collaborating with other trainers to ensure up-to-date training modules
* Nurturing and forming long-term relationships with staff

Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in Health and Social Care training
* Strong background in the care sector
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Empathy when communicating with care staff
* RQF/PTLLS certification desirable
* Qualifications in Basic Food Hygiene, Health & Safety, and more

Salary: We are offering a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, which reflects the importance of this role in supporting the growth and success of our clients.
