About the Role

As a Healthcare Training Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative training modules to healthcare professionals. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us achieve our mission of providing exceptional training experiences.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in Health and Social Care training;
  • A strong background in the care sector;
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills;
  • Empathy when communicating with care staff;
  • RQF/PTLLS certification desirable;
  • Qualifications in Basic Food Hygiene, Health & Safety, and more.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, life insurance, and professional development opportunities.
