At HFH Healthcare, we're committed to providing specialist nurse-led services to adults and children in the comfort of their own homes. Our team works in partnership with NHS Continuing Healthcare teams to ensure individuals receive the highest level of care, even when complex needs are involved.

We're seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and adaptable care assistants to join our team in Wandsworth. As a care assistant, you'll work with one client per shift, providing personalized support and care. Our clients require ongoing care, 24 hours a day, and benefit from the continuity of a small core team of regular care staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality care to adults and children with complex needs
  • Working collaboratively with our specialist nursing team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills

What We Offer:

  • Hourly pay rates between £14 – 17.93 p/hr*
  • A competitive average annual income of between £26,200 - £28,950*
  • A comprehensive induction program and ongoing training and support

Requirements:

  • You must be over 18 to apply
  • Have the right to work in the UK
  • A good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively
  • An enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration

Working with HFH Healthcare:

  • Our clients require ongoing care, 24 hours a day, and benefit from the continuity of a small core team of regular care staff
  • Our carer development centre comprises of interview and training rooms, and specialist and fully equipped skills labs for bespoke training
