- COLLABORATING WITH FAMILIES, ENABLEMENT OFFICERS, MANAGERS, THERAPISTS, AND OTHER HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS
- DEVELOPING PERSONALISED CARE PLANS TO MEET THE SPECIFIC GOALS FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL
- DELIVERING CARE THAT DEMONSTRATES COMPASSION, EMPATHY, AND RESPECTS PERSONAL DIGNITY
- REPORTING SIGNS OF ABUSE, IDENTIFIED RISK, AND CHANGES IN HEALTH STATUS TO APPROPRIATE HEALTH OR SOCIAL CARE PROFESSIONALS
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- NVQ IN HEALTH AND SOCIAL CARE OR EQUIVALENT, OR A WILLINGNESS TO WORK TOWARDS AND ATTAIN THIS
- CONTINUAL PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT BY ATTENDING TRAINING
