About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Support Officer to join our team at Wandsworth Sensory Support Service. This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality business support and contribute to the success of our service.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the WSSS caseload, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
  • Work in a confidential, flexible, and responsive manner under the guidance of the Head of Service.
Requirements
  • Strong customer service skills with excellent organisation and prioritisation skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to use Microsoft 365 tools, databases, live spreadsheets, and create/post social media content.
  • Ability to promote the service and its activities in person and on appropriate social media platforms.
Benefits
  • We offer a competitive salary range of £32,955 - £39,933 per annum, along with 40 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays) and a generous pension plan.
