About the Role

As a Quality and Performance Advisor at Wandsworth Co, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of our Education Advisory Service. You will work closely with schools to provide a high-quality Link Adviser support and challenge programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide challenge and support for governing body members to enable them to hold school leaders to account.
  • Attend termly meetings and training sessions to support the Link Adviser programme and its quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with school leaders to provide accessible and flexible physical support in schools as required.
Requirements
  • A passion for raising standards of education for all Wandsworth pupils.
  • Ideal experience of Ofsted inspection.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
