Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Learning and Development Facilitator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering quality assured training to our staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional care to our residents.
About the RoleThe Learning and Development Facilitator will play a crucial role in driving performance and quality within our homes. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading training sessions for a cluster of homes on various topic areas, with a focus on statutory and mandatory training.
- Identifying learning needs by utilizing our Learning Management System (LMS) and working collaboratively with the wider L&D team and business operators.
- Ensuring all learning interventions meet the diverse needs of learners, taking an inclusive approach to ensure accessibility and outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you must live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable. Experience is not required, as we offer a thorough induction and training programme to ensure confidence within your role.
Requirements- Full UK Driver's License and own transport.
- Level 3 Award in Education and Training or willingness to work towards.
- Moving and Handling Instructor Qualification.

What We Offer- Competitive salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
