Healthcare Training Specialist

Yes Care Group, a leading provider of support services for people with diverse needs in community settings, is seeking a skilled Healthcare Training Specialist to join their team. This full-time role offers the opportunity to develop training programs and manage delivery across the country, aligning with project plans.
In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of healthcare training, from planning to delivery, ensuring that new staff members are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to work effectively within our new services. You will also collaborate with the new build team to identify training needs and develop cost-effective solutions, utilizing project plans and data supplied.
This role requires exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, as well as the ability to analyze data to inform training decisions. You will work closely with project managers, local learning coordinators, and recruitment teams to ensure seamless delivery of training programs.
The successful candidate will have experience delivering health and social care courses, including Manual Handling and Buccal Midazolam/Epilepsy. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
