Job Title: Trainer and Assessor in Healthcare

We are looking for an experienced Trainer and Assessor in Healthcare to join our team. This is a temporary and flexible part-time role that requires delivering high-quality training programs and assessments in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have proven IAG, coaching, and mentoring skills, experience of the Ofsted inspection framework, and a sector-specific qualification with clinical experience. They will be able to assess learner work, monitor progress, and provide constructive feedback.

The estimated salary for this role is £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements and opportunities for professional development.
