Job Description

We are seeking an Electrical Tutor and Assessor to join our team at the National Skills Agency. As an Electrical Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to apprentices in a workshop and plant facility setting.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering the practical elements of the electrical and instrumentation apprenticeship programme
  • Developing training materials and resources to support apprentice learning
  • Ensuring workshop sessions meet Ofsted guidance standards
  • Assisting with inspections and quality assurance activities

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in electrical engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with young people. Experience in delivering electrical training is highly desirable.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £38,000-£43,000 per annum, depending on experience.
