This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual to work with NVQ Assessors in the North of London. As a Health and Social Care IQA, you will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating assessors' work, supporting the Lead IQA with external agency visits, and conducting all duties and tasks in line with the company's Health and Safety policy.

You will need to provide guidance to assessors/trainers, monitor the quality of their performances, and assist in standardisation meetings when the Lead IQA is absent. Conducting sampling plans for Internal verification in support of the lead IQA and ensuring that the quality of provision within the department is constantly improving and progressing.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant teaching qualification (PTLLS, CTLLS, DTLLS or equivalent), a Level 2 Functional Skills in Maths or English or equivalent, experience working in Internal Verifier products, and knowledge on embedding different plans and delivering/creating programmes that are fit for the delivery of learners.
