We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Healthcare Trainer to join our training team at Verity Healthcare Limited. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in developing the skills and knowledge of our care staff.
Your primary responsibilities will include designing and delivering training programs, providing specialist training in health and social care, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory and legislative changes.
About the Job:- Design and deliver training programs to meet regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of care.
- Provide specialist training in areas such as dementia care, medication administration, and end-of-life care.
- Stay current with regulatory and legislative changes to ensure training content is relevant and effective.
- Proven experience in a healthcare training role, preferably within the domiciliary care sector.
- Relevant training qualifications (e.g., Level 3 Award in Education and Training, or equivalent).
- Experience in delivering health and social care training, particularly in areas such as manual handling, medication, and safeguarding.
- A deep understanding of CQC regulations and the health and social care sector.
- Competitive salary range £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
