Domiciliary Care Trainer

At Verity Healthcare Limited, we are committed to delivering quality care to individuals in their own homes. We are now seeking a skilled Domiciliary Care Trainer to join our team and support the growth of our skilled workforce. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering expert training to new and existing care staff, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of care.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a healthcare training role, preferably within the domiciliary care sector. You should hold a recognized training qualification (e.g., Level 3 Award in Education and Training) and have expertise in delivering health and social care training, particularly in areas such as dementia care, medication administration, and end-of-life care.
This role requires a strong understanding of CQC regulations and the health and social care sector. You will work closely with our HR and management teams to identify training needs and keep up-to-date with regulatory changes. Flexibility to travel to different locations when needed is essential.
We offer a competitive salary of £27,000 per annum, along with ongoing professional development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a supportive team environment.
