Domiciliary Care Team Lead

At Care By Us Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our domiciliary care team in East London. As the largest care company in the UK, we offer a world of career opportunity, choice, and security.
We have an estimated salary range of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum for this role, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a benefits package that includes 25 days holiday, occupational maternity pay, adoption pay, and death in service payment.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activity of the care team and ensuring that high-quality care is delivered to our service users. They will also be accountable for compliance with CQC regulations and contract holder requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a dedicated team providing domiciliary care services
- Ensure high-quality care is delivered to service users
- Manage day-to-day activities and grow a successful care team
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
- Qualified Level 5 Health and Social Care Manager
- Experience working as a Registered Manager in a domiciliary care setting
- In-depth knowledge of CQC and its framework
