Job Role:
Care Outlook LTD is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Domiciliary Care Assistant to join our team. As a Domiciliary Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personalized care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and observations
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual client needs

About You:
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
• Demonstrate empathy and compassion when interacting with vulnerable individuals
• Are reliable, patient, and caring, with a flexible approach to meet the needs of clients
• Hold a valid UK work permit, as we do not offer sponsorship

Working Arrangements:
• Work a variation of shifts, including morning, afternoon, and evening sessions
• Cover alternate weekends, ensuring continuity of care for our clients
• Enjoy the flexibility to work independently, while being part of a supportive team

Salary and Benefits:
• Competitive hourly rate of £12.70 per hour (paid contact time only)
• Mileage reimbursement at 40p per mile for drivers
• Refer a friend scheme offering £300 for successful referrals
• Company-provided mobile phone
