About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Care Professional to join our team at Bluebird Care Mid-Essex. As a domiciliary care assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to our customers in their own homes.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care and support to customers, promoting independence and dignity.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
- Support customers with mobility issues, including transfers and hoisting.
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
What We Offer
- Hourly rates: £14.00 - £15.50 + paid mileage.
- Enhanced bank holiday rate: £19.00 per hour.
- 28 days' holiday per year (pro rata).
- Additional days' holiday after continuous service.
