We are seeking a compassionate and caring Care Support Worker to join our team at IANS Domiciliary Care. As a key member of our team, you will provide person-centered care and support to individuals with complex care needs, enabling them to live independently and confidently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care and support to service users, respecting their dignity, privacy, and independence.
  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Prepare and serve meals, and assist with light cleaning and household tasks.
  • Support service users with medication management, including administering medication and monitoring side effects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and support.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of a caregiving certificate covering the 15-care standards or a Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate (CNA).
  • A full right to work in the UK.
  • A valid DBS Certificate.
  • A driving license with own car.
