Domiciliary Care Manager

The job involves overseeing various responsibilities, including:
- Care package management and assignment.
- Roster planning and utilization of relevant software.
- Service user and care worker record maintenance.
- Electronic monitoring and reporting.
- Care review and risk assessment coordination.
- Service quality evaluation and improvement.
- Payroll processing and financial management.
- Client and stakeholder engagement.
- Care worker recruitment, management, and supervision.
- Company representation and event participation.
- Professional development and training.
Salary: £26,500 - £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications. Our competitive salary reflects the demands of the role and the value we place on our employees' expertise.
To succeed in this position, applicants must demonstrate essential skills, including strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team. A Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care (QCF) and prior experience as a Care Coordinator in a domiciliary care agency are also required.
