Domiciliary Care Service Lead

GORDON YATES is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Manager to lead their domiciliary care services, supporting individuals to live independently in their own homes. As the senior care services coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality, person-centred care, meeting all regulatory standards, and leading a dedicated team to deliver excellent service to clients.

The role of the dominciliary care service lead is a full-time position, requiring approximately 37 hours per week. The estimated salary range for this position is £38,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive performance-related bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, including 28 days of annual leave and access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background, preferably within a regulated care environment, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care services. You will possess excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to assess care needs and develop individualised care plans. Financial acumen and experience in managing budgets and targets are also essential requirements for this role.
