Domiciliary Care Director

We are recruiting a highly skilled and experienced Domiciliary Care Director to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment.
This exciting opportunity involves leading a team of carers and support staff in providing high-quality domiciliary care services to older individuals in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement strategies to improve resident outcomes and satisfaction
- Lead and manage a team of carers and support staff to deliver excellent care and services
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the service, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including CQC and NMC guidelines
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £65,000 per annum, plus benefits including Employee Ownership Trust, 35 days annual leave, and individualised professional development programmes.
This is a permanent full-time role, offering a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of older individuals and their families.
