About the Opportunity

Daytime Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Care Leadership professional to join their team as a Domiciliary Care Services Director.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a comprehensive care strategy for older adults in the local community, working closely with senior management.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of two services, ensuring seamless delivery of care services and maintaining regulatory standards.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including families, carers, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • Registered Care Manager qualification and registration with the appropriate regulatory body.
  • Proven experience in managing care services, ideally within a similar setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and build effective relationships with stakeholders.

Estimated Salary: £52,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
