We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Training Specialist to join our team at Care Outlook Ltd, where you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs to our staff and new starters.

As a Healthcare Training Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our care workers have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care to vulnerable adults in their own homes.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for supporting learners and understanding the importance of delivering Health and Social Care programs that meet CQC requirements and expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering Care Worker Training (Mandatory requirements, Induction and CPD)
  • Assessing Trainee learning
  • Maintaining complete and accurate records
  • Undertaking continuous training and development to ensure knowledge is up-to-date
  • Achieving and meeting targets for training

Essential qualifications include:

  • Full UK driving license and use of a vehicle
  • A Teaching & Education qualification i.e. Level 3 AET, PTTLS, CTLLS
  • A background in care
  • Experience maintaining effective recording systems
  • Basic Life Support TTT (Adults and Pediatrics)
  • Moving & Handling Train the Trainer

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience). Our comprehensive benefits package includes opportunities for professional growth and development.
