Level 5 Health Care Trainer

S Knights Recruitment is offering an exciting opportunity for a skilled Level 5 Health Care Trainer to join our esteemed team in London. As a trainer, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs up to Level 5 Leader in Adult Care.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching or assessing, with experience in delivering apprenticeships. A Level 5 H&SC qualification is also highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities- Training Design: Design and deliver engaging and informative training sessions that cater to the needs of adult learners.
- Learner Support: Provide guidance and support to learners to ensure they meet the requirements of their apprenticeships and qualifications.
- Program Evaluation: Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the training program, ensuring it meets the needs of learners and stakeholders.
- Qualifications: Holding a teaching or assessing qualification such as AET, CAVA, TAQA, PTLLS, or equivalent.
- Experience: Proven experience in delivering apprenticeships.
- Salary and Benefits: A competitive salary of £42,000 - £62,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus flexible working arrangements.
