Care Manager Trainer
Salary Range:£28,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on skills and experience)
Job Overview:Dovetail and Slate is currently seeking a skilled Registered Manager in Health and Social Care to take on a new challenge. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop teaching sessions, coursework, and training materials for learners.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver dynamic teaching sessions while providing constructive feedback to help learners excel.
- Contribute to the creation of coursework and training materials provided to learners.
- Help learners strengthen their maths and English skills, ensuring they complete Functional Skills requirements and excel in their careers.
- Must hold a level 5 in management in social care (or above)
- 2 years minimum experience as a registered care manager
- Either a relevant assessor or teaching qualification (both desirable)
- Experience assessing/training
