This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic team delivering high-quality training and development programs.

As a Clinical Skills Trainer, you will design, develop, and deliver engaging training sessions and competency assessments for various audiences.

With a strong focus on quality and safety, you will ensure internal quality assurance of clinical learning interventions and maintain up-to-date course information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop training content aligned with industry standards and best practices.
  • Deliver training sessions and assess learner competence using digital tools and virtual assessments.
  • Conduct training needs analyses to identify and address learning demands.
  • Manage workload with strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A registerable qualification with current NMC/HCPC/GDC/Social Work/GMC registration.
  • A recognized level 4 teaching, training, or assessing qualification.
  • Significant clinical practice experience in a relevant field (AHP, Nursing, Social Work).
  • Effective verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, and excellent presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills.
  • A willingness to work flexibly, including travel to regional and national locations as required.
