One to One Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Device Trainer to join our team.

The successful candidate will provide expert training on the use of medical devices to current and new clinical staff at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train medical professionals on designated medical equipment.
  • Supplement OEM training on high-risk devices and act as a liaison.
  • Maintain the Learning Management System and liaise with managers.
  • Support medical device risk assessments and develop training strategies.
  • Audit training effectiveness and arrange refresher courses.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years relevant UK-based work experience.
  • Good understanding of clinical processes and conditions.
  • Clinical experience working in critical care, theatres, PICU, NICU, HDU or a similar area (Desirable).

Salary: £50,750 - £62,500 per annum based on experience.
