Are you an experienced sales professional looking for a new challenge in the medical device industry? Clinical Selection Careers is seeking a driven and dedicated Territory Manager to join our high-performing sales team.

This role involves managing sales activities within the territory, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and ensuring customer needs are met with integrity and professionalism. The ideal candidate will be proactive, service-oriented, and able to communicate complex technical and medical information effectively.

We estimate this role will have a salary of around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. The salary may vary based on location and other factors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell specialized product portfolios to healthcare customers within the territory.
  • Provide product and clinical information to customers, facilitating safe and effective use of products.
  • Conduct necessary training for customers, ensuring optimal product usage.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within each account.
  • Track customer interactions and maintain comprehensive records on key individuals, demographics, and sales data.
  • Stay informed about competitor activity at both hospital and regional levels.
