Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Care Services Trainer to join our team at Yes Care Group.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in health and social care training, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders. As a key member of our training team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality training programs that meet the needs of our clients.

This is a full-time position, with an estimated salary range of £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you have a passion for developing the skills of others and working within a dynamic organization, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive training programs for healthcare staff
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements
  • Work closely with local learning coordinators to plan and execute training initiatives
  • Conduct monthly meetings with the new build project team to discuss progress and address challenges

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in health and social care training
  • Qualifications in manual handling and buccal midazolam/epilepsy training
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
