Regional Nurse Manager

We are seeking an experienced Regional Lead Nurse to join our team in London and South East. As a seasoned nurse, you will be responsible for driving business growth, creating and building strong relationships with stakeholders, and overseeing nursing operations in designated regions.
Responsibilities:
- • Clinical or nursing management experience: Proven track record of leading teams and making informed decisions in dynamic environments. • Trac and Vent experience: Ability to manage complex situations and ensure seamless care delivery. • Strong line management experience: Collaborate effectively with nurses and other healthcare professionals to achieve excellent patient outcomes. • Highly developed problem-solving skills: Analyze situations, identify solutions, and implement effective strategies to resolve issues. • Strong planning and organizational skills: Prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
What We Offer:
