Regional Clinical Development Nurse Leader

About the Role
At Barchester Healthcare, we are seeking a highly skilled Regional Clinical Development Nurse to lead and support the clinical governance and quality of care in nine of our care homes across Essex, Norfolk, and Suffolk.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced nurse to utilise their leadership skills, analytical mind, and knowledge sharing abilities to deliver impressive results. You will work closely with the Regional Director, improvement specialists, and senior clinical staff to continually improve standards and implement key actions to address any issues that arise.
The successful candidate will have worked in a care home environment, possess strong clinical mentorship skills, and be able to share knowledge and build relationships effectively.
About You
To be considered for this role, you must be a Registered Nurse RN (General) with a current NMC registration. You should also provide evidence of continued professional development and have a strong understanding of current regulatory requirements.
Salary and Benefits
