Cultivate your expertise as a Regional Lead Nurse with Leaders in Care, shaping the future of our specialist healthcare service in North London. This position demands a dynamic leader who can drive clinical excellence and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

We operate in partnership with NHS continuing healthcare teams, providing specialist nurse-led services to adults and children in their own homes. Our goal is to deliver highly specialised, outcome-based care packages that empower clients to receive complex healthcare at home. By maintaining high Care Quality Commission standards, we aim to become the preferred provider for homecare clients requiring complex health interventions.

About the Job:
  • Direct and motivate a team of Nurse Case Managers to achieve service objectives
  • Nurture relationships with health and social care commissioners to secure funding opportunities
  • Sponsor Nurse Case Managers and carers to deliver exceptional client care
  • Evaluate client care to ensure optimal outcomes and continuous improvement
  • Manage complaints, incidents, and safeguarding processes to ensure a safe environment
  • Participate in a managers on-call rota to guarantee 24/7 support and emergency response
  • Develop and maintain clinical policies and procedures to ensure quality care
