We are looking for an exceptional Regional Learning and Development Lead to join our team at Advantage Healthcare. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of regional trainers, ensuring they deliver high-quality training programs to our front-line care workers and other team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Build and develop a high-performing team of regional trainers, focusing on consistent quality learning delivery and providing coaching and performance feedback.
  • Program Design and Delivery: Collaborate with branch teams to design and implement efficient training schedules, manage the rollout of mandatory and specialist programs, and maintain accurate training records.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and ensure the consistency and effectiveness of training delivery through regular observations and feedback, upholding high standards aligned with business objectives.
  • Innovation and Compliance: Drive forward relevant projects, integrate learning post-acquisitions, and stay current with industry trends to support strategic L&D initiatives and adherence to regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in leading remote teams, designing and delivering adult social care training, and navigating acquisition/TUPE environments. They should also be CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent) with expertise in LMS systems, apprenticeship frameworks, and data-driven training improvements.
